libbibutils-dev software package provides bibliography file converter, development kit, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbibutils-dev
libbibutils-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbibutils-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbibutils-dev *
You will get with libbibutils-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
